The evasive Special

[Nokkien]

I have been looking for ages in UCD for the Buick Special '62/'03 model, but nowhere to be seen.

I have also looked here, with no luck:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AnzTZ62-oeCqdHlxdmhQSWtxakI1Vjg5MmZRaVJYaFE&hl=en#gid=1

and here, with same result:
http://gt5cars.net/used_car_searches/new

Does anyone know when (what day) it shows up in UCD?

Or if not, why is (this) a standard car not for sale in UCD?

Is there a thread or website about this issue, please provide a link, ty. ♥

PS! I know you can win the car in A'spec: Classic Muscle Car Championship, so lets focus on the UCD.

I've never seen it in the UCD only as a price car in A-spec

why? nobody knows

I have never seen it in the UCD either. I would say it's more elusive than evasive though.

Busted ... english is not my language.

It's hard enough to buy cars you want in GT5, for a car not to be for sale is bordering crazy if you ask me.

Did the licencing talk go something like this:

- Sell the Buick Special in UCD with mileage on it? OVER MY DEAD B...!
