I was thinking (bad sign);
Would be good to create a thread were expert drivers can exchange tips for having a good time in A spec mode.
How and why? One might think?:
Well if you are experienced in GT mostly going to the track in A spec with a car that is similar in power to the AI's and with good tyres will make for a boring race where you lead after lap 1 and see them disappear in your rear view mirror, never to see them again.
As such i would like to share in this thread; wich A spec race format (meaning type of championship)? Wich make of car? tuned yes or no and if so, how much PP? and wich tyre compound make for you having a exciting race where you have to be on your toes, and battle the bots until the final lap of the race in order to win it.
Here's my first tip:
A spec expert mode; Japanese championship:
Take the Fairlady Z (Z34) '08 leave it stock (do not tune), and fit it with the normal sport tyre compound.
I'm 3 races far in the championship and had to fight and drive concentrated to be able to win them, the AI take their lines good and because they have more horsepower they stay with you till the finish (won Fuji with 0.100 of a second over the car behind me when we crossed the line).
Hope this idea will catch on
