There's already a thread on this, but for the sake of answering, I can tell you F1 2009 for the PS3 does not exist.
Codemasters acquired the licence for Formula 1 and intended to make a game for the 2009 season. However, the development schedule ran longer than anticipated, and with the addition of three new teams for this season, they decided to change their plan and make the game for the 2010 season. However, they did release a version of the 2009 game for the Wii.
