Thread Rules:

1) Absolutely NO posting links to downloads or streams of fan edits (trailers and clips are okay).
2) Absolutely NO posts asking for links or downloads in this thread (use DMs instead).
3) You must own the source material DVD/Blu-ray for fan edits you watch.*
4) No fan films in this thread, please, only fan edits, thank you.
5) No TikTok AMV-type shorts, full movies/series only.
6) Restoration projects are also welcome.

Only one I’ve watched in the Alien 3 Legacy Cut.

I found this to be the best of all the cuts as it brings all the bits from other cuts into one neat film.

I’m liking the look of the Blade Runner one which is being worked on. It’s using the original script as its basis. It’s called the White Dragon Edit and clearly they’re a huge fan and putting a lot of effort in.

Project A34K, aka The Legacy Cut, was my first time watching a fan edit as well. I'd been following the YouTube channel for a while, and got to watch it shortly after release. The amount of work that went into it was insane, especially cleaning up ALL of the VFX shots: the Alien rod puppet was very poorly composited in the original (looked like bad CGI even though it wasn't CGI), but in the Legacy Cut it's absolutely mint. Shame the website was taken down.
