it made me late for work!

I started my B-spec 24h nurburgring yesterday, went home for lunch today and it was complete. Got the ticket for level 24 car and got my F2007.
Of course, I had to try it out, so I take it on the track, and enjoyed it so much I just kept driving, and driving! The car is amazingly fast, and fun/easy to drive! 100 times the formula GT is!
I finally pause the game, only to realize I'm 45 minutes late getting back to work...
I made it to work in record time though :lol:

It isn't the car at fault here.

You deserved to be late :mad:...:lol:
Recommendation: buy a watch 👍

He probably checked the time and ignored it. Like I do. He needs a loud alarm clock. :)

LOL I thought you were going to bash the car when I saw the thread title lol. The car is epic.

Why did they not update the engine cover though and the sidepod wings as well as the vented nose... since they added the wheel covers.

Woah woah woah... that has nothing to do with the topic we have here.

That is true but thats the only thing that bugs me about that car. It's not even based on the end of season spec. It's like all parts throughout the season flung on.

Easy to drive? Heck no.
It's much harder to spin out than a FGT but to achieve good times, It takes a TON of skill. Easy car to grasp, very hard to master.

Love the car too.

I hope you didn't cause any accident on your way to work...... what tires did you use? :D

ye it take's skill ,i can just get under 5 min's at the Nurburgring only becauce i was in the GTP F1 seires good times, try for 1:08s at indy road course or 1:10s at Tokyo in the F1 events in the seasonals.

Have some work to do. Fast lap for me in the F2007 at Indy is 1:11-ish. Think I've seen a time in the 1:10s once. There's time to be gained in the second chicane, Turn 3 and the exit of the infield's last turn. Tokyo is more a matter of gaining confidence -- the right-left kink in the back straight, for instance, can be taken with the barest of lifts and maybe even flat, but you work up to that.

Matched you on Indy on my third attempt - Had to get used to braking points and whatnot, not really all that fast of a time there. I'm thinking 5's and 4's for really skilled drivers.

Couple more laps I'm down to 1:07.648

FGT = hard
F2007 = medium
F10 = easy

I choose F2007

Im pretty sure they didn't feature wheel covers in 2007? Are you confusing this with the F10? I'm going to have to check this wheel cover thing when I get home, sorry for my ignorance if I'm wrong but Im pretty sure the F2007 doesn't have that, did they add them in an update ? As you did mention above they added them..

This car put a smile on my face while playing the Ferrari F1 seasonal. It was a long time ago when i smiled like this playing GT5.

Set your timer on your phone dude! :)

VERY fun without any aids, indeed, but takes a bit of practice

good suggestions, thanks guys
I was on time for work this morning!

when I'm just messin' around I use racing soft tires, but for seasonals and stuff, I use racing hards.

I spent a few million in the used car dealership cause it had some cool cars in there (Sauber Merc C9 race car, Lotus Esprit 350, Toyota Tacoma(I want all the trucks/SUV's)), but I'll be buying the other Ferrari F1 car very soon, I have to try that one out now too!

I wish the game had competitve AI, i would love to race against a full field, in a 70 lap race around monza.
