That's legend as in leg end. This was from an England vs Germany "Legends" match. The game was played by ex-pros and celebrities.

The game was boring until Conservative MP Boris Johnson came on. I'm not into politics at all, but I like Boris as he doesn't seem to take himself seriously and is always saying/doing the wrong things. He came on for the last fifteen minutes, ran about like a headless chicken, played the Germans on-side for one of their goals and was generally a waste of space. Then he did this....
