The free cars in the car packs

How do I get them??....I do not have a Season Pass but I have bought every car pack that has come out. Just recently I had forgoten about the FREE cars that come with the packs. I remember seeing that Scion is a free car..But I dont have it in my garage...What gives???

Free just means they're free to download (so that players who don't buy the packs can still see your DLC cars, instead of the place holder Jetta). They don't get automatically added to your garage - they still cost in-game credits like everything else
