Well, I've borrowed the DVDs from a friend, so Kathy and I are watching them every night, two nights per movie. We watched them all on tape together 5 years ago, and now we're watching it all again.

So what's your thoughts on The Godfather trilogy?
 
It's pretty good. From what I've seen that is. I've never seen parts two or three all the way through. Even though I already own the DVD collection.

I watch part one all the time though. It makes me happy.
 
It only took me about 10 days, but I finally finished the 4 movie disks, and the 5th one which had some neat deleted scenes.

In one of them, Fredo pulled up to the party at the beginning of GFII in a '55 Mercedes 300SL Gullwing...one of my all-time favorite cars.

Now I wish it was included! How do you cut out a Gullwing?
 
:D Parts 1 and 2 are great, but I thought the 3rd one was really, really super boring, and it was kinda dumb too. The first 2 were action packed and interesting, unlike part 3. Maybe they should've left it with only 2 parts, but it's too late for that now...
 
The third movie just ties up the "loose ends", but proof that the 3rd one is the "bastardo" is evident in the DVD collection...somehow, there's only one deleted scene (and it was virtually identical to another part of the movie).
