Post some cars that really excell, really sucks, and really bites.

The Good:

Nissan Silvia S15- Crisp turn-in, great body rigidity, a lot better than its ancestors. :)

Honda NSX- Lively, light on its feet, great balance.

Mazda RX8- Just tons of traction, I don't know how it achevies that with such skinny tires...

Nissan 350z- Traction and response 👍

Honda Integra R- I can keep up with a Evo on Drangon Range Uphill and overtake in the last bit, I think that explains a lot. :dunce:

Honda Civic R- Integra R in a smaller, heavier pakage, still great.

VW Golf GTI- I didn't know how they managed to get so much torque out of a 197hp car, but after knowing that it was turbo charged... Great turning and engine response nevertheless.

Toyota Celica SSII- I hate to nominate a toyota but it is just great, feels like an Integra in a less powerfull pakage.

BMW M3 E30- Handles like a proper race car, only bites you when you ask for too much.

Nissan Skyline GTR BNR32- Who said it was understeery at the first place?! Its handling is very neutral and very forgiving, just needs to be on a diet, that's all. :sly:

Chevy Camaro Z28- Handles great, but the shrimp needs stiffer springs, liverlyer engine and a manual transmission. It can actually beat a lot of things.

The Bad:

Ford Mustang Mach 1- The engine is great! Supercharging is good! But man! The rear live axle sucks!!! :guilty: The rear always feels nervous, and it does kick out when you push hard. Still drivable and "winable", just needs some getting used to.

Nissan Silvia S14- A little lose, feels a lot large than it really is, very hard to win races with this one, but a pleasure and challenge to drive indeed.

Nismo S15 R- It says that it has wider tires on the back, but it doesn't drive like it. Just a lot of controlled oversteer. Maybe many people like it because of it, but it is just not stable for me.

Nissan Skyline Coupe- Yeah, the new G35... Feels like a 350z with rised center gravity and added weight in the back... Lost its magic.

Toyota Supra- Lack of traction, heavy weight and relatively slow turning response. Very hard to pull away in tight corners.

The Ugly:

TVR Tamora- Hates trail braking, rear is extremely loose, way to much power. Sure, you can drive it, but for its power to weight ratio, you'd expect faster experience.

Shelby Cobra: Undrivable for me. Braking is undefined, understeer and oversteer are both serious problems in this car, however it has infinite amount of power.

Nissan Silvia S13: LOOSE! Much better driving experience than the above two, but can be improved with a decent LSD.

Done! A late Merry Chrismas to you!

Good: 110EB Dauer, lock the front and rear diffs up, set it to lvl 10, and I defy you to find a corner you can't drift completely around. Looks wicked as hell too.

Shelby Cobra, teaches the importance of throttle control like nothing else, fun as hell to screw around with, frustrating to try for a perfectly clean replay on the dragon range.

Mustang GT ('05), looks great, sounds great, drifts great.

Bad: Uh...I'll have to get back to you, this game manages to make even driving FWD cars kinda fun.

Ugly: Smart car, Alfa SZ, Abarth 1000TCR or whatever it is.

Oh, the Mach 1 isn't supercharged.

I second that cobra as ugly :yuck:

It is undrivable if you do not have a wheel unless you have super fingers.

I believe there is a devil behind steering the back wheels so you oversteer

Really?

I find the Shelby to be a really nice recreation.

I remember seeing an older guy in a replica Cobra, had a Roush 402 instead of a 427, but it still sounded like hell was trying to escape from the side pipes.

He punched it out of the parking lot for me, and when he grabbed second gear, the entire ass of the car hopped a foot sideways...which, was awesome as hell.

Good: BMW M3 GTR, RUF RGT, Mazda Cosmo Sport (great starter card), Mitsubishi Pajero Short (Pretty good beginner off-road car), Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII (Great car for later off-road racers), Abarth Rally.

Bad: Honda Beat, Suzuki Cappuccino, Honda Integra Type-R

Aw, I dunno...

I used the Class C Integra to get race of the year. It was level 10, but I was wishing like hell I had at least the Class B RSXS car! (It pays to actually *look* at the calendar from time to time instead of just madly charging ahead. I sure started paying more attention to it after that screwup!) :D
