Somewhere.
Did a quick search, as i'm pretty late joining the party, but has anyone successfully made the 911 GT3 look like a normal car? No matter which chassis i try, the wheels aren't centered in the arches. The closest i've got was the VX220's chassis, but that made the car weigh in a 700kgs, which is too unrealistic. None of the Ruf chassis fit correctly either, to the point where i'm wondering if it's actually possible.

Yes it is possible. Do you have the MK program? I know that I've got a chassis that is almost an exact match.
In the MK program, there is a list of all the chasis lengths of every car in GT3, I know there is one that is close because I've used it.
I'm at work right now PR, but I'm on my way home to change and go out on the town, I'll check my garage really quick for you as well.

Also I know there is a thread that me and Mr. Chaos went over this, I'll see if I can find that for you as well.

But it is possible.

I have MK's program, and i've been doing a few researches of my own. Seems like the Vertigo's chassis fits quite well, but it's even lighter than the Opel's. I'm going through the list, looking for what's close and whatnot.

Right, the problem is that the chassis for the 911 is too long in the game, should be 2300mm to fit properly, and of course all the 2300mm chassis are very light, so the opel without a weight reduction is a good choice. The chassis for the RGT is too short for that car, but does fit well enough on the 911 to suit most mildbrid builders. Personally I prefer it to weigh around 800kg so some of the lighter chassis are fine for me.

I would have sworn that the CTR chassis is an EXACT fit. Try it out again. I have a full stable of GT3s, had the same concerns about the wheelbase, and the CTR was the solution. Plus it was a RUF.

Is mks wrong according to mks the difference in chasis length for the vertigo and the Porsche is only 10mm 1340 for the vertigo and 1350 for the porsche. I dont see that to be much of a difference.
