This is a very genuine and true statement, Jordan should be very proud as he has one outstanding group of staff, I was just checking in on another gaming forum (I won't mention which one as I'm not clear on the naming and shaming rule) But anyways, I posted a thread with an idea I had on how to make the particular game better. I wasn't aware that it violated one of the forum rules. So instead of telling me how I was in the wrong and giving me a chance to fix the issue myself, they just altogether deleted my thread, and from what I've heard/seen, the GTP mods are above that and strive to keep the community alive by giving the members a chance to fix mistakes to be in good standing with the rules instead of just shutting them out. Also the mods are actively involved in conversations with the members so they are also very sociable which is something that I think a lot of forums need to work on. So, anyways, keep up the great work GTP Staff, This is one of my favorite websites for a reason :gtpflag: Thanks for taking the time to read this and have an awesome day!

Sorry to disappoint you Akmuq ;), I just wanted to give them some well deserved recognition

I won't be needing this I guess

Nice to know that I won't go from Flat Stanley to Peter Griffin after eating so much popcorn, as I thought this was an attack to the staff.

But I couldn't agree more on how awesome the 'Planet's staff is, from people like the ever hard working @daan to our newest Moderator @Vagabond. And to think that this place all started out with a single person's idea way back when. @Jordan is the one who deserves this the most. I'm glad I've made this the first forum I've ever signed up for, and will be the best site I go to whenever I can.

Thank you, GTP Staff, for being the best online staff that so many inhabitants of a single planet can have.

I misinterpreted the title. I thought someone was making fun of the mods.

Yes, there was something of a "slow hand-clap" about it.

On reading the OP it's hard not to almost whinny with pride at the kind of fine young people that our internets are raising for us. 98.4%* of current GTP users would have farted their own kidneys adrift at the first sniff of moderation, so nice post @bscar27 :)

*Figure made up, but probably based on "Kaz Should Resign" threads

Oh and my apologies for the unrelated comment but I just wanted to hash this out, I doubt anyone has wondered about this but just in case, the reason I'm not very active with events posted in the forums is due to the fact that my internet is very slow and I don't want to ruin anyone's fun through lag, but eventually when I buy my own internet, Ill get a better package and I look forward to racing against you guys in the future, but until then I will read about all of your experiences and add my $.02 where possible

Lol, this thread.... But seriously, it's true, and it's the only reason I've stuck around here, as I'm sure is true for many people.

You're all epic. All of you. I hope.

I did however half expect an against-all-mods banny shouty sweary affair.
