Einstein once said "Only 2 things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity; and i'm not sure about the universe." This perfectly displays that.

How much you wanna bet those are all Farmville users?

I know right! All of my friends play Farmville, except me of course, the constant updates about Farmville in news drives me crazy all the time.

Wow....to think knowing the rules of the internet was one thing. LET ME IN!

Have you guys ever seen the youtube message boards? So many dummies, and they behave like they were raised by monkeys. If I ever figure out how to log back into my youtube account, they are in trouble man!

Only old people should be allowed to use Google for doing simple things like going to a .com website.

I see lots of people doing this, though
A friend of mine even types "youtube" into google.

These are the kind of people that respond to the "you have won the lottery but you need to send us your bank details" e-mails.

You mean those are scams?

At least I should be getting some extra cash from that Nigerian prince any day now.

haha 👍

good one.

My sister also types in youtube for google...

*youtube video*

Now what were we on about? Oh the internet.

Yeah I am always wondering why people always search it in google. Why not just write www.f in the adress bar and facebook will come up anyway. Some people have no logic :indiff:

Half the folks out there don't even know there's an address bar. You have to get to a site by clicking its link in Google or Yahoo.

*Shaking head*

what has the world come too!??!?! :dunce:

It got so bad they put this warning up...

Dear visitors from Google. This site is not Facebook. This is a website called ReadWriteWeb that reports on news about Facebook and other Internet services. You can however click here and become a Fan of ReadWriteWeb on Facebook, to receive our updates and learn more about the Internet. To access Facebook right now, click here. For future reference, type "facebook.com" into your browser address bar or enter "facebook" into Google and click on the first result. We recommend that you then save Facebook as a bookmark in your browser.

Address what? :dopey:
_____

My wife does the Google route, even for sites she knows, like Target, when it's so much easier to type target then hit Ctrl+Enter.

To all of those who commented on Read Write Web complaining about FB:

I hear that chap is almost as generous as the bank manager from Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.

(jeez I've seen it so many times i can spell Ouagadougou correctly without having to check :indiff:)

Even more annoying than this, is people who think that just because there's a video/news bit about someone, that the comments they type in will go directly to the person mentioned/featured.

So if there's a video of Paris Hilton, in the comments section you'll see
  • Paris! I love you! Don't be listening to the hatars, I know you're true and good to life
    or
  • Paris, I hope you die a horrible death

Even weirder are the people, that know its not going to be read but still post it.
Like this:

Paris I know you won't read this, but......

Whats the point? <.<
