The Last Simpsons Season

hpracing007, i don't think you understand the ways of the force.

yes, that would mean 1/4 day in front of the TV.

yes, i'm comfortable with that.

no, there's not a show called malcommunist in the middle east.

yes, you don't know the ways of the jedi cartoonist.

family guy + simpsons + futurama + 6 hours EVERY DAY =

heaven.

Anybody else watch the Futurama-King of the Hill-Simpsons block this evening? It was, without question, the sickest, darkest, most disturbing ninety minutes of animation I have ever seen. :nervous:

I loved every minute. :D

But there are some episodes that you never get sick of...even if you've seen them 10 times already. I will buy the DVD collection, even if it takes some late-night TV ad to persuade me to fork over $25 bucks a month to get 2 episodes on each disk.

I used to live in an TV market where you saw two episodes follwed by a repeat of the first episode in case you missed it. Now it's on at 11pm here because "Friends" is more popular...sad.

Fox is just annoying now....like the simpsons....after the season with a load of shamefull guest appearances it has started to die off. The Simpletons are just old and played out. I like watching UPN wedsdays night 7 PM central time and then at 9 PM central and then TNN at 10 PM central ......I guess I just upgraded to better animation, CowboyBeBop, TriGun and quite a few others that have everday issues in them, instead of crap like becoming famous for dancing like a ass at a ball game...jeesh

How funny would it be if the Simpsons got played on Nick at Night? :D That would be sweet. And if the final episode was the most watched last episode ever. Surpassing MASH! :D

The simpsons where great but they have run their course. They should have retired them last season before they mad it suck. Same problem with the X-Files. They didn't know when it was time to say good-bye. Family Guy is the best show on TV now. My buds and I are thouroughly obsesed with it. Not a conversation goes by with out a quote from one of the shows. They can cancel Family Guy for a little while again but it will be back. I know that one day Family Guy will be done, however. The writers wil run out of material some day and when that happens they should cancel it. Just like they should have done with the simpsons last season.

It will be syndicated forever and we all know it.

Every good show is.

A Simpsons movie would be rather sweet.

Funny you should mention that - the people behind have indicated that once the series winds up (and they were talking last year it only had two or three years to run) they wanted to go and do a Simpsons movie - so I would suggest a movie would be more than likely...
