What bands have built careers predominantly using the major scale and which the minor?

I'll start with some big names that obviously linger to one sound more than the other:

Very cool idea here. I have not really thought about this. I am not sure about the scales, but I know a few bands with conistent music.

ZZ Top
Queen
The Eagles
Bad Company
Journey
Boston
Elton John

I could be wrong about these bands using specific scales for a majority, but Boston and ZZ Top definitely have a similar sound in an abundance of their songs.
