To directly link Youtube clips, you need to use the Youtube tags and insert the code of the video (which is the letters after the = sign in the url...)

[youtube*] code [/youtube*] (but without the *'s)....

e.g. for the url http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xh2W4C00FZ0, you need only the "xh2W4C00FZ0" and surround them with the tags...

By the way, that video is funny , but you should add a language warning, since it's a tad sweary (albeit understandably!)
