The missing 20 cars

Anyone knows which are the 20 cars that were missing from the oficial list because pd wanted them to be a "surprise" , I ausme thay are cool cars maybe a lambo or a ferrari but I haven`t seen something like that , I`m currently somewhere in the middle of the third cycle of the dealerships (day 190).
 
Most people assume these are the cars that you get when entering a promo/preorder code, which are labeled (SP car), like the custom-colored SLR, ZR1, Veyron, and SpecV.
 
Yeah they may well be the promo cars. I have 6 of the promo cars and I have to get 836 cars total to complete the game, so the Ferrari Enzo you get for pre-order for example, doesn't count as the Ferrari Enzo in the game.
