You guys aren't going to believe this.

This story took me well over an hour to read, however it was worth it - I've never read anything like it (and I'm not likely to in the future).

If you haven't got a lot of time, don't read it, because if you read only a bit then stop in the middle, you'll be dying to find out how it ends.

Oh, is that the guy who deposited the fake prize check?

If it is, I read that a couple of years ago. That story is a riot. Something I would do if I had more free time than I knew what to do with.

Actually, I had noticed that line and was impressed at the coincidence, though 'Lucky Town' was a comparatively poor CD.
 
Good story. I was surprised that I hadn't heard it before.

I was hoping for a different ending though. But all in all, what a great tale!
