Has anyone seen the new Gran Turisnmo 4 wheel? It should come out around January. I think it looks better that the force feedback wheel, and also instead of the formula one shifters. It uses a up and down stickshift. I'd like to hear your opinions about the wheel.

I have tried out he wheel and it is excellent, almost perfect for GT4 new pyshics engine...

I think I'll decide if I'll get it when it comes out, looks good though.
 
i think that the wheel is scedules to come out when GT4 comes out so if its delayed so will the wheel?? maybe iono, but other than that. its dope :)

As it says in the other thread, and at many other places in this forum, GT Prologue will be released soon (Dec in Japan) which will be a greatly cut down version of GT4. This will be released to allow the wheel to be sold and used.

I wonder if GT Wont Be bundled at No extra cost, Logitech have been holding back this product for a december Xmas Bonanza Sale alongside Gt4, that isnt gonna happen now and i cant see the prologue helping to sell to many.
Logitech needs to sell this product and had a tie in, and was branded for GT4 this xmas, and having really been messed about, I think as a pay off Logitech may well Get free GT4s to bundle with the wheel when it finally releases to help Boost sales.

If Some sweetner has not been offered i Cant see Logitech supporting the Gt series further.
 
no there is no clutch :( Does anyone know if it does come with pedals? if so, do u know if they look different (meanin the brake and gas don't look the same) i hope they look different, thanks!(cant wait!!!)
 
Now, this is probably a stupid question, but are there going to be floor pedals to accompany the 900 degreees of rotation in the wheel?
 
Dose the Logitech Force Feedback wheel work with GT3? I tried a V3 wheel and it didnt work.

Does GT3 work with almost every wheel for Ps2?
 
I believe it is the other way round, the Logitech gt force wheel for the PS2 works for most PS2 Games, but the game GT3 i think does not support all the wheels.
 
Is the Logitech Foce Feedback the best one on the market at the moment? Last time i checked it was going for $199 Aus. Do you think its worth it? How much of a difference does it make to the game?

Note: I just realised the other day that 'X' the Gas button for most people on the dual shock is pressure sensitive!! I thought it was just on or off but its not.

GT3 works with pretty much all wheels, due to itz anologe capability, i have a MC (madcatz)2 wheel and pedals w/ shifter and it works perfect, you can also get the wheels (such as the GT wheels) that plug into your USB port, but they don't work for games such as GTA Vice City, GTA 3 etc.
