nice time
i managed a 6:30 in my supra im not a great fan or the skyline but theres a huge thread on that subject :)

would you mind sharing the ssetting with me pleease, all i seem to do with the supra's is drift them and i seem to be getting the hang of it again!(lol)...i have been concentrating on fast times instead of showing off recently and would really like to be able to produce a wickedly fast supra:)

yeah sure ill get back to you today on that
im sure you could tweak these better your self becasue im not sure about toe angle and things like that so they are stock

Tyres :

no computer chip or intercooler becasue i found that the supra was to powerfull for around the ring for what i could control but of course you can chnage that to preferance.

Also i didnt spend much time on the suspension settings so they could be improved i think

hope this helps

thanks, hopefully now i will stop being the lone slider all by myself in this damn house!!

i think its game on for the fastest lap between me and my brothers now in the supra, much appreciated.

A better Idea would have been to opt for a stage 3 turbo, sports intercooler and chip. This would give you better control, accelerationa and much less lag. It would also cost less. An LSD would also be a good idea, especially if you are struggling to contain the power.

and try to use edit button instead of doubleposting, okthxbye.

ok i have just had another go around the ring with those settings and i beat my record first time out.
6.25.04
and i had a little half spin kind of thing.
and yes thats a very good idea identti.

edit:
iv just set your idea up and im going to try

Edit:
they both have come up with the same time bar .4 of a second but i feel as though using the stage 3 turbo and the intercooler and chip is more stable and easier to control. could have gone faster in my mind.

the supra setting u gave is awesome, but im sorry to say ive EATEN your fastest time on the RING 6mins18:73

Okay this challenge I got to be a part off, so started out with the powerfull
Supra and maxxed it out with everything including qualifying tires. Not an easy car to control:dopey:

Supra Ring time : 6'15.918

Next car I tried was Nissan Skyline GT-R M-spec Nur '02. This car was a lot easier to control. This is also maxxed out with everything including qualifying tires.

Skyline Ring time : 6'07.220

And last but not least, my black beauty. The Mazda RX-7 Spirit R Type A (FD) '02. This Car was the best on the ring, it sticked like clue to the track. Also maxxed out with everything including qualifying tires.

RX-7 Ring time : 6'03.325

If you need proof I can properly get a picture of it.

you need to use a 97 skyline and mazda to make it a fair test

I can't find a '97 Skyline anywhere ??? More details on the car would be helpful ! Otherwise those times here ar for the birds !

got a record that 1 of u can try an beat it is 5mins 43:54secs using nissan calisonic skyline gt-r '93

LILAL
you need to use a 97 skyline and mazda to make it a fair test

Okay thats fair.

So I found the Nissan Skyline GT-R '97 in my garage, while it was allready tuned for maximum speed it was just a matter of making a good setup for the ring. It took a while but I did it.

R33 Skyline ring time : 6'03.480

I used everything exept rollcage, brake-controller and VCD
I used stage5 turbo, qualify tires and nos(40).

My settings:
Front/Rear

Original suspension
spring rate : 13.0 / 14.0
ride height : 96 / 96
damper : 6 / 6
camber : 2.0 / 1.5
Toe : 0 / 0
stabiliser : 5 / 5

Gear ratio
1 : 3.026
