This is a thread where we will discuss the artist presently known as Hank III, he plays in his own country music band and his sideproject is SJR, out of the two i prefer SJR because of there raw original brutality true to the underground kings of metal stype but i feel although Hank III has alot of potential, he is an excellent guitar player id suggest to anyone check out Hank III's work in SJR and his own project, it isnt exactly country music it has a definante metal feel to it.

You do know that this is Hank Williams's grandson, correct? He's a cool guy. He books shows in a tour, and swears he never decides whether he's going to do a punk set or a country set until just before they go onstage. Must piss off quite a few audiences who come expecting one and get the other instead.

He's certainly better than his father, Hank Williams Jr.
 
Who's Hank Williams (sounds noob, but I have no idea, sorry)?
 
Oh ok. I had a listen to some Hank III (his real band), they aren't too bad, excluding the earlier albums.
