The one gift car per day restriction?

I want to start this thread to discuss on the one gift car per day restriction.

I have two questions

1. Which part is the restriction on? Is it really strictly imposed on the Console or related to the IP address?

2. I have tried putting Asian Disc and US disc installed in the same console. The PS3 treated them as two different game, with different save files.

What if we open two accounts playing with different disc, can we send two gift cars per day on the same console, via different region GT5?
 
I think at this point some will try anything to dupe a car. I would say do as PD wishes, in the end they will have their way so there is no use. Not being rude.

EDIT: Since this is new your guess is as good as anyones. I'm sure someone will figure it out and then it will get patched again. Ofcourse we all don't have two versions of GT5.
 
I don't know... for people coming from common law jurisdiction, our tradition is : you can do whatever you want if it is not expressly forbidden.
 
You know, I'm against it and normally I wouldn't say this, but there are really like 20 other threads about this. Do we really need another?

Would you give me some linkes about that? I can't see any thread for 1 car per day restriction

Please be fair, read the posts from the forum and there are similar topics as ALWAYS

as long as there is something different, please don't judge by ur feelings, but facts
 
There are discussions of this elsewhere, but to answer your #2 question...it is per console and no IP address. I have two PS3's and was able to trade from both of them within minutes and I only have one IP address
