The only "AE-86", or whatever, I'd ever drive.

The wheels would be better in bronze, or gunmetal.

Haha, "that ****box?"

I don't know how. I don't even know if it was done by one person, or a shop full. I think it was done by the owner himself, but am not sure. All I know is that it appears to be quite a tight fit.

God, I bet that fugger is insane. A BPU'd 2JZ in a little ass Corolla.

It's quite the sleeper, with the bumper on anyway. There are guys swapping F20Cs, SR20s, 20Bs in them, but it's the first time i see something that badass in a Corolla! What's next, a small block? :D

aah, a small block would fit in there. I have seen them in Citations, so it SHOULD get into that car too. meh, if they fit into a 32 Ford's hood, it can fit there too. anyway, cool swap. Its also for me the first time that I have seen a Corolla modded for something else than drifting

Cano

yup, badass indeed.

No way that thing can beat my Huffy. :D J/K

I love the idea, but I don't know how someone could drive it, because it would go through tires like they were made of jello.

It looks like it's probably an insanely fast car.....going straight, but the 50/50 weight distribution is gone. Why would you take an awesome handling car and turn it into a straight line race car? It reminds me of an M3 drag racing car that I saw on another site. It just ain't right.

I respect the guy for all the effort put into it, but I don't get it at all.

Perhaps because something is better than nothing? And having a supra engine stuffed into a toaster on wheels that nobody can tell has a supra engine in it is just awesome....damn. That probably made no sense...oh well. Sorry.

 are you kidding me? it's a air to air FMIC... it needs to be fully exposed to be functional. might as well give it to me when i slap on my Supacharger!

:p

i have read, that any of the major japanese engiens can fit into a AE86 therefore they r:

RB26DETT
13B Rotary
2JZ
H22A

I would also drive the SR20det and RB25det models that I have seen. They are too quick for the tires though, eat right through them.

Thats pure insanity. How on earth could you fit a 2jz-gte in that little hachi roku corolla (hachi roku = 86 for you tards out there)

ive seen it done before and a few with 1JZ's (in person not from pics)

Actually, you're the tard. From the very limited, but correct, knowledge i have of those piles, an "AE85" has a single cam motor, aka an SR5 in North America, in either coupe or hatchback form. An "AE86" has the twin cam 4AGE, is called GT-S in North America, and also comes in both bodystyles.

You're both wrong. AE85 and AE86 refer to the chassis, not the engine. the AE85, however does have a different engine, but that's only one of the differences.

The USDM Corolla SR-5 is an AE86. It has exactly the same chassis as the GT-S. However, it has an SOHC, carburated, 4AC engine instead of the DOHC, fuel injected, 4AG, lacks a Limited Slip Differential, and has a differently tuned suspension setup, and several asthetic changes, different paint schemes, a different bodykit, and a slightly different interion.

i never said it refers to the engine
this car is actually a JZE85 or 86 due to the JZ engine

the 85 (A = engine code, E = body code, 8th series corolla and 5 refers to the body style, this is how toyota makes there chassis codes)refers to body style and i not talking about "American models" its Japanese car

I know someone who stuffed a 2JZ in their Celica. Just as cool. Its all black including the wheels and tail lights. Hella bad ass.. Ill try to post some pictures once i get some
