A demo (I think multiplayer demo) has just been released in the Marketplace. I'm downloading now. :)

Edit: Weird, it's saying my HDTV isn't running at PAL60, but on PAL50. Odd. I can't find the setting to change it anywhere. I'm sure DOA4 needed 60 (said on the back of the box) and it worked. :odd:

*sigh* I'll get my Dad to have a look at it.
 
I know how to get pal 60 on 1080i or 720p, when you have the vid connecter in the back of the 360 flicked to HDTV. First turn off your 360, then flick the vid connecter bit back to TV from HDTV on the connecter bit.

Next turn your 360 back on and go into the display settings now you should see pal settings, after that select 720p or 1080 in a different part of the display settings.

Once that is done go into pal settings and select 60hz, next select widescreen if your HDTV allows it. Once that is done turn your 360 off again, and then flick the vid connect part that plugs in the back of your 360 back to HDTV.

Next turn your 360 back on, and check if your display settings to see if it is still in 1080i or 720p. Now go back to where The Outfit demo is downloaded too and it should play.
 
No problem G.T, see some people may not think it. But I am still the good old nice TVR&FF which you knew from a while ago.
 
Demo's pretty funny, but i have a hard time thinking this game will last long. the gameplay is too easy and the maps are so small they are easy to master in the longrun. I think this game will die rapidly.

Still pretty funny and a very cartoony look at the WWII era games...
 
Since I don't like The Outfit at all, because it plays bad like an really bad early 3rd peron arcade game. Well GameSpot seem to have given it 6.7.

do you have the game or did you just play the demo ???

i never go to websites for game reviews, i always go by OFFICIAL XBOX MAGAZINE or OFFICIAL PLAYSTATION MAGAZINE. OXM gave THE OUTFIT a 8.5 👍

i have the game but have not had time to play yet because i have been playing G*R*A*W & BURNOUT REVENGE, but when i get a chance to play i will post my opinion ;)
 
I disliked the Demo too. To me the graphics are bad (compared to other 360 games), it played pretty badly and overal just isn't my type of game anyway. I got bored very qucikly.
 
We finally had a chance to play The Outfit over the weekend. To my surprise it is a very very fun and addictive co-op game. We went through the entire story mode over the weekend and enjoyed all of it. It starts out very easy then by the end of the game its quite tough. The vehicles can be a little clunky to drive at times but if you can get past that its definetly a game to check out. :)
BTW I also did not like the demo. The full game is much better.
