The runny thing is...his Civic would have been a better road handling car than his 240....tsk tsk tsk...The masses have once again been fooled.

I don't get it. Why didn't he keep the Civic? If the 240 had the drift settings, it will be very prone to unwanted spins in any bumpy road. THIS IS NOT JAPAN. THE STREET ROADS IN AMERICA SUCK. Don't they ever research ****?

No..American kids are idiots, and he thinks that he can go from sliding around a track to cruising the streets...He's in for an unpleasent suprize.

I totally support you on that. Thats how street racing got cracked down on. People being idiots and racing on roads with people with there wife, family, kid still driving on there, and end up killing them. Im afraid that this will happen to drifting too. Some idiot drifting on a 4-way light in the public, and then killing a family of 4 after hitting them head on. Its the new phase of the rice-boy era :( :irked: :banghead:

That guy never actually said he was selling his Civic to buy a 240sx so he could drift..he just said he wanted a 240sx. I do agree that a lot of "Ricers" are going to try to get RWD cars now but I bet 90% of them aren't going to drift..they're just going to make there cars look like "drift cars", just like all the idiots after The Fast and the Furious came out. They were..and still are putting huge metal spoilers on their FWD cars and big heavy wheels so there cars could look like "Street Racing Cars". Other than the price increase in RWD Japanese cars and JDM engines, I'm not really all that bothered by it...Ricers are just Posers and there will always be posers.

Oh, and I don't see why you couldn't drive your "drift car" on the local roads, you don't need crazy camber settings etc to drift a car....only an idiot would setup his daily driver with "drift settings".

true ethix. you must be a idiot to drive on reg. roads with drift settings. the way my cousin and his team works is that, they leave it stock settings everyday. When they hit the track or the touge, they take prolly 20-30mins to rechange the settings to drift spec. Its common sense, and people need to gain some.
