The quickest way to start a car in a match

I would like to ask the fastest way to start a car in a match. Sometimes, I just stepped on the gas pedal when the countdown ended, and I 'felt' faster. On the other hand, could we start a car on full throttle after stepping on gas pedal several times in preparation? Or, could we start a car on a half throttle? I don't know the fastest way. Thanks & Merry Christmas!
 
do you have TCS on? with traction control on, just floor it and it'll have a perfect launch. if not, i found the best way is to put it to about half its revs so it is somewhere near the most amount of torque, and once the car actually starts going (after the countdown), just floor it. Don't know if that makes any sense. Pretty much, you want to launch at the point where your car as the most torque.
 
The best way to train starting is doing licence test, you can see the difference since you have a ghost etc..
 
Sometimes in a very powerful RWD car I just turn traction control on for the start and then switch it off.
 
In theory, every car is different, you should check the torque line, the RPM should be about 500-1000 above the optimal point.

Sadly, it doesn't work anymore, at least on my DFGT. :guilty:
 
How about online match with starting penalty? In which you cannot step on gas pedal because there is a penalty.

In which case you would hold down the brakes until the timer runs down. 👍
