There is the Vettel one, Carbon one and the multicolored ones. Not sure if you can paint them.

Those numbers are stock. I believe there is an option to change them as on any of the RM cars.

There are 22 variants of the Redbull X2010.

You can change the number on the coloured ones but you can't paint any of them in GT Auto.
