The way that I see people seeing the rewards system, is that they clearly believe it is broken. At a first look this may be the case, but I had a think as to why would you race an Endurance Race to acquire a Few hundred thousand Cr. when you could just race a 5 lapper around indy and get more faster.

So obviously this confused me to. But then I thought, if all races were lengthy and long, people would grow bored. So putting it into a "game" sense, the races are shorter but the money for the actual winning of the race in a real life sense could be how they made the faulty money system.

Interesting theory (if you understand what i'm saying). Thoughts?

don't follow you at all.

in what real life sense does doing 6 laps on the indy give you half the money of the actual indy 500 itself?

There is no "real life race" of 6 laps.
Otherwise, it would be a great theory.

The only reason I can think of why Endurance Race exist and give you so low money, is simply because they didn't want to give you too much money.

(then the next logical question is :But...The Seasonal gives you million!
Hard to know why PD did it that way, but I will sure not complain about it)

If you want to get money, simply do Indy
If you want to get a nice 3-24 hours race, do the Endurance.

But both aren't linked together.

(I might miss totally your point, I had some difficulty understanding your point. So let me know if I failed to understand)

It's just hard to expain what i'm thinking. Sorry. What I basically was saying is they thought about what length the races could be in real life and "compressed" them into smaller races to make them less boring to the average gamer, but kept money more like what they would be, had the races been longer. Does that help?

not really, because how do you know how long the dream car championship is supposed to be? There are no real series running the same pack of cars in real life. It doesn't explain anything.
