Okay... this may not work in fact might completely fail, but I'm going to start a list of scammers. I'm gonna try to update it as frequent as possible. Here's how it works:

you report someone with a story as in-detail as possible(don't overdo it). I'll evaluate it and see if it deserves to be on the list. If it's one of the names like Xx_-Du-dE-X* and you can't remember it exactly, just say the primary words to it with that as a detail.To avoid people who make fake stories about people they just don't like, I've created a number system:

1-reported(possibly a scammer, may be fake,trade at your own risk)
2-3 : untrusted(either scammer or just hated by multiple people/multiple accounts of a hater.**
4+ don't do it... just don't***

**:Yes, people will go to great lengths to make the ones they hate untrusted.People are that messed up

Also, if you see your name on this list and did not scam them, say so and I'm gonna try to make this as legit as possible. Everyone's got their own side of a story. C'mon, let's try to make this work.

EDIT:Someways of telling a scammer.After you recieve the car, they will remove you from their friends list, which just does not happen on accident.They will also stop responding to messages.

that represents approvals/neutrals. This is for the scammers. Instead of reading every reply on who's good, bad,etc. I'm making a list of just scammers so you know who to watch, not who to weed out as a good trader.
 
Good idea, but you are not supposed to openly accuse someone of scamming on this forum. Read the stickies.
 
I've never been scammed, just need a bit of common sense really.

Scamming isn't all that common since the trade limit was induced, its usually new users with low post counts that scam and most established users would only trade if the new user went 1st, so its a pretty rare occurance any way.
 
As mentioned,users can say their side of the story and the regulations to make it on the list requires a real-good story and multiple reports. So, i'm trying to make it as good as possible.
 
im with jamie. ive never been scammed, maybe a 'can you wait till tomorrow since the trade that was supposed to happen today didnt and then i gotta send tomorrow' or when they change the trading rules, etc.... and nobody knows.

but i had a couple of weird trades also, as i accidentally got my save screwed up. i just traded today with a guy that had like 8 posts here. i think we both sent at almost the same time. one of my easiest trades ever.
 
I've added some ways of determining scammers to the original post. If you know any other ways of telling please let me know I will add them ASAP.
