Jordan, can you change the settings for this or something because whenever I search something like "will Ferrari's be in GT4". The words will,be,in get cut out of my search because there to small, therefore the search then searches for Ferrari. This is starting to get annoying. :banghead:

Does vB support phrase searching? (Wrapping a phrase in quotation marks.) If it does, then it might not truncate out those words.

[edit]: Never mind, it still cuts them out.
 
Just tried wrapping the words with quotation marks and does not work. 👎

No, those terms are far too common. Not only would they bog down are already bloated search index, but they would return way too many results. Do you really want to know every place someone posted "will", "in", and "be"? Even Google doesn't include common words like that (although they do have "phrase searching", yes).

For the best results of your search, I would simply search for the term "Ferrari", contained in the GT4 forum. This will show you every instance of the word "Ferrari" in reference to GT4. Isn't that what you really want?
 
I think it is too sensitive - "Course" gets taken out for being too common. What if you are talking about your favorite course in GT3?
 
I've now found that "help" is considered too common...

That's pretty ridiculous. How many times do you use "course" in the course of a day? Twice, of course!!

Sorry. I had to do it.

But I do wish those common word were in the search. it would make searching easier.
