The Staring Contest
Don't blink... You'll lose.
Don't blink... You'll lose.
This is going to be a judged racing event on Eiger Nordwand W Trail/Reverse.
You will be judged as if you were in a drift battle. But, you'll racing one other person. But a twist, you're on dirt. Imagine Touge, with judges, on dirt.
There are 3 classes you may participate in.

Format for Qualifying: 12pm EST
Qualifying will take place starting at 12pm (noon) on the 4th Saturday of the month (2 hours before we begin). You will take 2 qualifying laps and the fastest lap will be the scored one. During the qualifying runs, you will not be judged on drifting, just trying to get the fastest lap. Fastest lap will get the number 1 seed
Format for Battles: 2pm EST
2 competitors will line up on the bridge on the last turn. The inside competitor will be the lead car, while the chase will be on the right. You will drive off of the bridge and head on to the front straight leading to the Start/Finish line. The safe zone will end at the yellow signs on the left, but you do not have to go until the first tree on the left. The area in between is where the lead car can decide where he would like to start. You can't go faster than 30mph before the yellow signs on the left and you have to be going faster than 30mph before the first tree on the left. The battles will be judged the same as a drift battle. Just racing around the track without drifting will get you 20 out of 100 points, so you will need speed and style to win this.
Driver Information
As a driver, we will be looking for clean, mature participants to drive and drift there way to victory. To enter, we need for you to have a clear understanding of the track and format of the event. You may sign up for all 3 divisions, but you will have 1 main division, so the event that we have open spaces, you may run in those empty spaces. If we have a full room, you will only run your class.
Team Information
If you want to run a team, both drivers must use the same colors (body and rim) and same car. If you are running a car in which you can't change the number on the car (IE WRC cars), one driver will pick the same number but one driver will be A and the other B (IE 1a & 1b). Teams are not allowed in the Street Division.
