Exactly. Its like taking a half jug of juice and adding more water to it to make it a full jug. Sure you have a full jug of juice, but its not as good since its watered down. Basically, anything that is white powder has been mixed in with cocaine to be sold for greater profit on the street.

The scarey part is how some dealers don't even care what they put in as cut. A couple of years ago, someone was mixing rat poison in and selling it in and around the bars here in my city and it ended up killing 15 or so people in a city of 80,000.
 
It amazes you that drug dealers don't care about their 'customers'?

Whatevers cheapest goes. Street drugs are dangerous not only for what they are (Ie, Cocaine, etc) but what gets put in them inbetween.
 
I thought they would care about their customers? Afterall, wouldn't they want them to keep coming back?

Exactly. Don't forget, drug dealers are basically street merchants, and their reputation is built on the products they sell. If you constantly carry quality product, then your customers will keep coming back. On the other hand, if you cut too much or charge too much for the quality of the goods, then obviously your customers are going to start shopping else where.

Someone selling rat poison cut cocaine has high chances of losing his customers, being ratted out to the police, or even being killed. In my case with the rat poisoned cocaine dealer, he was ratted out to the police and thankfully locked up. He should consider himself lucky though, as some of the people to lose their lives were friends of some pretty dangerous people.
