Whichever has the most torque and power I guess... probably the Mclaren F1.

I dont mean full laps i mean just on the run way straight which car does it the quickest

Veyron is quickest almost always. If you hook up the launch on a Speed 12 or have a very precisely tuned Audi R8 you may be in with a shot of beating the Veyron, but 99% of the time the Veyron will win.

ZZ-II is quick, Enzo on Sport Softs, the standard Zonda 7.2 I think, hard to keep all that power down.
