Your missing the premium R34 and the tuning restrictions make the R32 already the fastest... Unless I'm reading it wrong. I like the challenge but seems a little one sided.

the premium R-34 would be an easy pick, and its faster, so i decided to not include the premium model. there are a lot of standard R-34 in the dealership, this challenge could be an exuse to buy all the versions:sly: the R-32 can be tuned in every parts but there is a limit of 474PP. the same as the other skyline

have tried six or seven gtr and the top 3 times are made with one 32 one 33 and one 34. and the gap between the first and the third is half second. so every gtr has a chance. i made obout 10 laps each and i am in the 1:25:xxx zone. not bad but there is still room to improve

The R35 isn't a Skyline just so you know. It's a GTR but not a Skyline.

That debate is going to go on forever. Technically it is a Skyline since it uses the GT-R naming (originally from a Skyline), is 4WD, goes like the clappers and handles incredibly. If Nissan didn't want it to be labelled a Skyline, they shouldn't have used the GT-R name - simple as that.

Technically it is not a Skyline. Since the V35 generation came out all Skyline models use a V chassis code. V35, V36 and V37. This applies for both the coupes and sedans. The R chassis code is now going to be used for GTR's exclusively.
Yes, the R35 certainly has Skyline heritage but as Nissan no longer calls it a Skyline then it isn't. :-)
