Hey Mike, is that you in the picture? I never knew you were a blonde. :p

I don't see why the claim can't be put on the crashed guys insurance....:odd:

But yeah it must have sucked to have had your car ripped open just for helping someone.

The centre pillar seems to have been removed at a nice nub. Not a shoddy job.

Don't bother with the e-bay, sell the idea to Rinspeed for an undisclosed sum, call it; the X-type Dune Buggy :dopey:.

Retire.

It can, and it will have been. The thing is, you don't get the full value of the car, let alone what you paid for it new. The guy's still screwed because he not got as much back as the car's worth used, let alone enough to buy himself a new one.

Wow! They don't have any common sense or what? One person that upsets me is the accident victim. If I were in his/her shoes, I don't care how much it hurt, I'd have crawled out of this nice man's Jag.

The idiot was the poor X-Type driver... you never ever move a person with a hurt back until the ambulance arrives, unless you're determined to drive them to the hospital yourself.

Still, poor guy. Shame they had to cut the windshield.... could've still made a great cloth-top.

I thought the guy started to complain of the back pain, after he was in the backseat of the car. If the accident victim was already in pain before the samaritan moved him/her, then yes, I agree that samaritan was an idiot.
