WARNING! This thread contains several spoilers.
I don't know if anybody else has the same opinion, but I think this mission was forged in hell itself.
We are supposed to drive a whole lap on the Nürburgring Nordschleife under 7:50 mins with the road car version of the Ford GT. So far everything is fine and fun, even though the car is a bit slippery it is still doable. What really grinds my gears is my opponent, which we are not supposed to win against, he's just there to make your life a living hell.
He's driving a much faster car, a Ford GT LM Race Car Spec II to be exact.
I would be so happy if he would just drive off and disappear in the horizon... but no. He slows down when he is in front of me and breaks excessively on every corner, making me dive in face first on his rear.
I thought that maybe I could avoid all the smelly business and just overtake him real quick on a tight turn and then drive really good to avoid ever encountering him again. Nope. He's really fast, specially on the straights, where he will gladly and forcefully shove his face on your behind making you fly off to the nearest wall like a magnet.
Seriously, I've been trying for 3 hours now. My mind is so tired sometimes I crash on the first corner...
I'm not a bad driver I think, I mean, I golded everything up til this point. Has anybody reached this point and managed it? Any suggestions on tranquilizers?..
