The Weekly Endurance Series Qualifier round was designed and envisioned as a method of separating Fast, medium & slower drivers into divisions.
As such it is the perfect tool for the job, BUT, it also seems to have a deleterious effect on the number of entries into the series.

For it to have this effect was not my intention, and neither was it supposed to be a negative factor for you guys to perceive.

The W.R.S. has a qualifier race, and no-one seems to mind running that one. BUT, this is a different kettle of fish, involving longer races and no hot-laps at all. So, I suppose there is a kind of racer that would want to participate.
I cannot understand the reason why this would be a problem, but I can also see the it IS a problem because there have been limited numbers of participants instead of more than I could handle.

SO,
As from this moment, the qualifier round for the Weekly Endurance Series is forthwith dissolved, no longer required, surplus to requirements!

And entry to any race in the series is open to all!

I therefore ask all members of the Long Race Series Forum to consider themselves open for entry, and ask for them to promote the series as widely as possible.
I know that the series is a viable entity, and that it would benefit from some free-base advertising. So I ask you to pass the word around, and not let the endurance version of the WRS die out before it gets the recognition it deserves.

Yours Respectfully

Neil
