I don't know if any of you saw, but last night Nick Wallenda walked across the longest, and most difficult part of Niagra Falls, for the first time in history. I think this guy is nuts, wanting to do the Grand Canyon next. This happened a short drive from me. Nuts I tell ya. You wouldn't be catching me doing that.

He ended up wearing a tether, and didn't want to because he said it would screw up his balance, but the TV company said they wouldn't film it if he didn't.

Happened last night by the way.

I didn't see it live, but it was cool to see it.

Watched it live last night. This guy is crazy though, was he really planning on not wearing the tether?

Like I said on facebook, give me a long enough pole to hold and I could walk it too.

Yeah, he says it messes up his balance. The only reason he wore it was because ABC said thy wouldn't film it if he didn't.

This is cool but Phillipe Petit's World Trade Center walk was the most amazing. I mean there was no guide wire, everything was set up by himself and his friends, there was no media to monitor him, he was on the wire for hours and he did stunts.

What I found funny about it was that he was wired up with ear piece and talking back and forth with the commentators. You even catch him smiling and laughing at some points.

The look on his face though, he didn't seem to care about anything. He kept going with a confident and calm mind.
