Think about it...PD is not dumb they want to make money as numbers are already speaking
one million copies of JPN Pro. are already sold.......making the Us and pal version more updates and filled with new features makes all the JPN .Pro owners buy the american or pal version . I work for sony and the inside news is that they wont be coming out with an update for JPN version. Sorry guys !

Its no doubt some of us will buy the new version even though we have the older version of prolouge because as we all know PS3 is region free.
