Things never noticed in replay's

I was racing my F094/s on Test Course and noticed two things in the replay that make it even cooler. Seeing a dashboard view of the road, mini winshield and all, and seeing the drivers arms and hands move when you turn the car. I didn't think the arms and hands moved, but I guess they do.

Get in a F1 car and watch a replay, and set the replay mode to where it cycles views and cars. I think it's the second or third option.

i've already seen it, but its still pretty cool non-the-less... its also sweet that so far i havn't seen anyone else with the same avatar as me

Uhm, yes they do man, you either don't have the correct view or your not looking hard enough. When they move it's really easy to notice.
 
i'm using the F094/H (all i have is that and the F686/M) and the replay view when you're looking down and to the right to see the driver, like the comera is mounted on the side of the thing the driver's back is against.

You can Just Press left or Right until it hits the view.............DUH
 
not the correct view j2s. needs to be where your looking through his eys and going around a corner or turning.

the cockpit (and bonnet for non F1 cars) views come up most often in the race mode (3rd option). And the hands/steering wheel is only on the F090 :( the F094 and all other F1's don't have that part modeled. I'm guessing they started to do it for a driver view cam, but they stoped after that. Probably because of time/poly limits.
 
aahhhh....ok - i didn't think you could see anything but the road from that view..guess i was wrong.

there's a first time for everything. :D
 
GT3 is gonna be the ultimate drivin simulator until Gt-4, thanx anyway for the replay extra thing i am gonna go and check it out.
 
talking about seeing the driver is disppointing that the roof on the miata can`t open you can see the driver but the roof is always closed
 
Yeah, it would be cool if there was an option to drive the convertables with their tops down.
 
Yeah, the Cobra doesn't look right with its top closed.
 
Did anyone ever notice that the finishing time on the replays, are always some hundredths of a second shorter than the time actually posted at your laptime record. :confused:
 
Here's an interesting one. I was running the Vitz around The Swiss Alps last weekend, and in one of the replays it seemed to be stuck in a "Drivers Seat view" I could see the outline of hte windshield wipers (#2) and the Rearview mirror (#1).

I thought it was a bit of a glitch.

Clonehead: I've noticed the difference, and it seems to differ track to track. Some replays have a few less, and some are exact matches, but none a few more.

Looks like a bit of a glitch. The real question though is how the VITZ ran on Dirt tires in a rally race?

And a follow up to that is how many beers into the weekend were you when the Vitz on dirt sounded like fun? (just kidding here)
 
Just noticed during gameplay that the Flags on Mid-Field wave in the wind during the race. The flags are on the backs of the stands throughout the course. Pretty neat
 
they are actually all over this course and probably on others. Good addition to the graphics

I bet no one ever knew this. If you use the Aston Martin Vanquish there is a replay view that is behind the front tires. This is the only car with an extra view besides the F-1's. It also shows how well GT3 does with reflections on the cars. Everything that is next to the car is reflected by the paint. It's pretty cool.

This is not a glitch. It is the ghost car. It is right on top of your car. All you are seeing is the outline of the ghost.
