Thinking about getting GT? This game is AWESOME!!! IGN's review is obselote.

I got my pre-ordered GT PSP, yesterday (and my Bugatti), and I've got to say as everyone has already said, THIS...GAME...IS...AWSOME!
For those who are thinking about getting the game, don't think and just get it. Don't even look at IGN's review, the guy is probably an Xbox fanboy who's jealous at the pure technical wonder this game has achieved. Graphics are about mid GT3, GT4-ish. The cars handle almost exactly like their real-life counterparts. I have seen a Bugatti in real life (I'll show pics if you want) and the in-game car looks just as real. The Honda S2000 is just as nimble and torque happy in real-life too (I've driven my uncle's, no pics on that tough, sorry).
The "Green Hell" (Nurbugring), looks like it is on TV. The Carusel, the straight, everything.
The game is all about collecting cars. Which means no annoying career mode, and no dumb lisence tests, just buy cars everyday, and race!
So if you haven't already, this is a must-have PSP title. I give this a game what IGN should have given it, a 10 out of 10!
 
It is best to ignore some of the things the review says and just accept the game for what it is. I dont know why the reviewers like to nit pick.
 
IGN's Review was a perfect example why I hate review's I think the game has quite a bit of re-play ablity and I think the performance for a PSP game is fanastic add to that I really like the graphics and the cars look great.

I also have seen a bugatti veyron and it was a black one with personalised plates with the Letters being BUG 2 My face dropped as it was at the last place I thought I would see one I was standing at the bus stop and I looked up the road and there it was in all it's beauty.
 
IGN's review is terrible now that I have my hands on the game.

The only thing about the game is that iits a bit DIY but there is loads to do!
 
I agree , this is the best racing game for the psp , the graphics are awesome the only thing I didnt like is .......... wait I like everythin in this game :)
 
All IGN ever says is:

"this game is no good cause its not like that game and that game is no good cause its not like this game.....(and so on)"

Yes, GT PSP is a good one. I'm glad that you like it.

But, you saying that career/GT mode is annoying, makes me sad :(
 
After playing it until my battery ran dead heh, i can say for what it is it´s just awsome, and i´m still only doing the challanges as i´m golding them before i move on.

As for the GT mode i love it in regular GT but for this i can see they did the right choices as it´s just a compliment to GT5, i like that´s it more focused on the ability to get some quick GT fixes on the go, and that´s how i´ll be using it when going back and forth to work. :)
 
I knew that fans of GT would find the reviews absurd. Whoever wrote the IGN review should seriously re-consider his thoughts, considering his opinions are based on comparing GT mobile to games like Gt4..
 
For what it is, a portable version of GT for quick blasts on the go, GTPSP is perfect. I'm finding it highly addictive aswell.
 
It gives me Nissan GTR and Nurburgring on a handheld console.. that's worth a 9.0 at least....
