Im having a concern there is a problem with my wheel that is not a normality.

I do not recall it being there all the time. Therefore im posting here in order to get in touch with other similiar owners to hear if they experience the same and if its a normality.

When the wheel is at its neutral position. I am able to push/pull it from left to right & up and down with noticably much movement. If you take one of the sides of the wheel and push & pull towards yourself. You can feel and see the slight movement.

*When driving you at neutral position, you can at times feel this sloopyness. Also you can hear it when it rumbles very much by a "clak clak" noise.

I put up 2 Youtube videos to try and demonstrate it. Keep in mind to turn the volume high in order to hear it properly.

*if anyone could please check their wheels and compare if they are experiencing the same. And post to me their results. I would appreciate it alot.

If its not a normality, I would consider sending it in for repair. I know there is 1 years warranty left. But i want it to function 100 % perfect.

Its no gamebreaker. So it might be a normality, or something that comes after usage. But i havent used my wheel that much at all.*

My PWTS wheel is very solid. At first I did not have the table clamp adjusted properly and was getting some movement but then I played around with it a bit and now it stays put. I also had a clackity clack noise at first after I had been driving a while which turned out to be a wire touching the fan blade, The fan does not run until the unti gets pretty warm so it did not make the noise until after a couple of laps around the ring.
 
There should be no movement from the wheel to the body of the unit, if that is what you mean. Infact if you have it clamped properly like HBR said, there should be no movement with out a great deal of force.

Sounds like something internally is broken.
 
im using it on a Fanatec Wheel stand...

I have tried and pull of the porsche badge and check if the 3 screws inside there was tight. and they were.

Thats also the most far i'll go as i dont wanna risk my warranty...

I just dont recall it being woobling that much...

Good luck. Ive been sitting on their customer service for a week and a half now. (shipped wrong wheel, No shifters included either)
Going to shoot them another email today.

But I have trust in Fanatec. Just might be a while:guilty:

Im afraid its a side effect of fanatec being a small company. I had issues once before regarding getting some uncoloured shifters with my wheel. But had the correct ones within fair amount of time. I had some emailing going on with support on this matter yesterday. But no further replies today. So i hope they will reply soon :)
