Actually the only 2 counrtys to get it are japan and china. Oh and also do you not know where the caps lock button is? It's below the tab button and above the shift button and to the left of the A key

Check Here for GT4P Info and as was already stated, we're not the only ones who aren't getting GT4 right away. GT games always gets released earlier in Japan and China. That's just how it is.
