Their presentation of it blows - the overall gist of preserving net neutrality is an important point though. The ISP's are already charging us for bandwidth. Now they want 'preferred partners' which will get their content to your pc faster than the ones you don't pay extra for. If all goes well, it'll be for little things - but if they start hitting hosting providers or saaaay, google (or your preferred search engine) then I'd be ready to wreak some hell.

Who owns the cables/servers/routers etcetera that you use to access the internet? That's who gets to decide what to charge and what services to offer. Your decision is whether or not to buy.
