All this new content coming in because the game is *finally* out is making this forum really disorganized. I really think there should be more sub-forums for GT4 discussion such as Tracks, Cars, User Submitted Content, or anything else people can think of. There are so many unanswered questions in some of these threads and not everyone reads every single page of the threads (not to mention they are like 20 pages long). Organization is all that I and other GTP users want. Thanks :)
 
But there are only a small number of people with the game. Me, 1twojay, sinner and Maskrider I think. I think until it settles down a bit it's best to keep it in one thread where people's questions get answered fairly quickly.

and finally i'm getting the hang of it.. but i can't seem to get my FC drifting :( maybe i gotta buy some suspension and tweak it a bit... the manual is in chinese, so i can't read it
 
I imagine the Admin team will create extra forums once more members start getting the game. Either in the next week or so when everyone gets their imports, or shortly after the release of the American version.

I do agree that we could use that sort of separation, since this game is so much larger than any previous GT game, but I don't think we need it right this minute.
 
I agree that this is getting a bit out of hand and think some type of re-organization is in order regardless of how many people have the game or not...besides more people don't have the game then those that do, so lets cater to the masses instead of the minority... :-)

Plus I think it'll make the job of the mods easier to find those topics that should be moved to another section or what not...
 
It looks like the forum is getting a little disorganised.......the problem is that there are more and more new threads being created about similar things being discussed in the MASSIVE thread.......everyone should just post in that thread or the sticky ones for now!
 
Yeah i agree. A lot of people needs information, so if moderators create sub-topics, less people will create useless topic.
 
Why not wait for it to slow down before they start sorting it out. I mean there is just too much stuff going round and if they start sorting now they'll never stop.
 
I agree - its totally absurd. I don't want to read 70 pages of waffle to try and find out stuff about the game.

What makes it worse is that every time someone starts a new thread, someone says "add it on to the big thread" - what is the point in that? I for one haven't got time to wade through 1,300 posts of info.

All the new GT4 info should be in tailored threads to specific areas of the game. :grumpy:
