Considering I hate offroad rally vs tarmac rally I haven't attempted any of these races. But with the info in this thread I just may give it a try. I hope having a wheel makes it alot easier. I am better with the control sometimes.

Actually, as long as you have decent skills in driving and controlling drifts, if you turn TC and ASM off and SRF on, these events are pretty easy.
 
SRF and everything off barr ABS 1 was my god send.

I was 10-20 seconds off bronze previously, second go with SRF I was 0.010 off gold on Eiger.

Chamonix I got gold with 8 seconds to spare and Toscana 2 seconds!

I thought I'd never pass this challenge so thanks for the advice!
 
I've just golded all 3, Toscana and Eiger on my 1st attempts, using the following set-up:

TC off
SRF on
AS strong
ASM off
ABS 1

I was surprised how easy it was but have to admit that using anything other than the above set-up it would likely be very difficult as before changing to this set-up I struggled with GT Rally Advanced.

One question tho... Do you get anything for beating the Ghost Car as opposed to just beating the required time for gold?
