Thread weirdness

When I click on the Abolish the Death Penalty thread, it loads fine. However, that thread has two pages, and I absolutely cannot get to the second page – I click on the "2" link at the bottom, it loads, and it ends up re-loading the first page! The address bar shows that it's page 2 (&page=2), yet the contents that show up are still page 1.

It only happens with that thread.

I can get to the second page. My problem is some of the animated avatars work sporatically, and the people that add "(insert name) has posted" then the attachment doesn't show.

Wow...that is bizarre! I'm sorry, Sage, but I'm afraid there just isn't any way for me to explain that. Have you tried clearing your Temporary Internet Files, and then entering that address to the second page of the thread? Don't view the first page first and see what it does.

Well, today, without doing anything, it seems to be working fine. 👍 Dunno what happened, but it works!

Oh, and, I think you keep forgetting what platform I'm on – "Temporary Internet Files"? That's okay, of course.

BTW, I noticed that one of the OLR forums lost a thread... it had 80 yesterday, and 79 today. And, assuming you know which one I'm talking about, there's no reason a thread would've been deleted from there.
