When they're not shaking up the high-end consumer space, Thrustmaster slums it on the low end. As long as it is built well and provides precise steering it could be a could entry level option. I'm personally not that excited for this wheel, but it's nice that there's another really affordable non force feedback wheel option for the Xbox 360: Thrustmaster 458 Italia Racing Wheel Press Release
