Thrustmaster Ferrari 2 in 1 Racing Wheel broken

Hello, I have a problem with Thrustmaster Ferrari 2 in 1 Racing Wheel. When I activate force feedback, and turn the wheel to the right or left in a game, it crackles hard as if some wheels/mechanism are/is slipping.
I can hear a grinding/clicking sound coming out of it when I steer medium to hard in a game.
Can this problem be solved?
 
Hmmm, sounds as if you are describing my recent issue. I traced my issue to a slipping belt. I remember seeing someone post a video about this. sorry do not have link. After the sound does you wheel no longer align straight ? try this thread for more info, also try search, may require a few hours of research, but well worth the effort.

I ended up having to send my wheel in for repair.
