Thrustmaster Ferrari 430 wireless cockpit

Hello , this is my first post in GTP asking an help for this steering wheel on subject

I purchased on 17 November 2012 at a store in Rome ( Trony ) the steering wheel Ferrari Wireless GT Cockpit 430 for the added advantage of having an integrated unit and for both reference quality due to its inclusion in the Ferrari store and in a video on Youtube that praised the excellent performance, and that I am attaching.

Unfortunately, the product did not meet my high expectations: properly installed according to the instructions that refer to GT5 prologue (setting sensitivity SPORT) showed clear deficiencies in sensitivity and precision of the steering wheel such as to make me go back to the pad Sony standard if I want to have some chance in race online and offline.

Besides, both in GT5 and in GT5 prologue that is not supported as the steering wheel but only as emulation of the pad and if I found out I immediately opted for the Logitech present on these games with many of its models and that, read some italian forums, it is optimal for this simulation game.

Can you suggest me some trick (similar to tricks that exist on Playstation games through the buttons) that restores the performance required for this product ?

Maybe it intervened in the meantime some new release software / firmware to remedy these shortcomings BUT that of course will be inserted only by a service center since there is no accessibility (USB or other) at the disposal of the end user.

For a product sold in Italy at 200 € (250 ..... on the Ferrari site) seems to me the least ....

Today I have sent a similar e-mail to the producer and I hope to have an answer....

Hi Maxxi - only suggestion I can make is to get a refund and buy a Logitech DFGT instead

I inform you I have solved the problems with technical assistance by Thrumaster. The wheel works correctly and is very userfriendly : only a chair or a seat and GO to the race

They have sent me a link to download a simple program , connecting the wheel to PC by the wireless dongle , for a little adjustment of sensibility. Not drammatic effects but it suffits to drive better. An addiction maybe a personal better skill race by race.....💡
