Anyone else pre order the T3pa Pro last month only to find that there has been no shipment received by the Amazon warehouse?
Status went from available pre order, to unavailable sold out.
So what was the point of my pre order? I was 11th in line according to customer service when I placed my order.
Thrustmaster's phone system is no longer is service either.
I always used to chuckle at the threads that ranted on about how horrible TM customer service is, and how they're switching over to fanatec products... and I'll admit, I've been there before when my t500 pedals broke, and I agree their support sucks. I have jerry rigged t500 pedals for now, but I'm starting to see the comedy side of this.
Once I laughed at the posts about switching brands because of a bad experience/s with thrustmaster, assuming most of them were likely just fan boy rubbish or trolling, but after today's unfortunate let down with the pre orders from amazon (for the second time), I'm now here, typing one of those posts...
I'm getting some CSR Elite Inverted pedals. at least they're in stock.
1st world problems indeed.
